At IFSA Seeds, we are committed to delivering high-quality seeds and maintaining transparency with our customers. Due to the nature of agricultural products, all sales are final.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Seeds are biological products and their performance depends on multiple external factors such as soil, weather, irrigation, and farming practices. Therefore, we cannot guarantee outcomes or accept returns based on crop performance.

Order Issues (Damage / Wrong Item Only)

We only review cases under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product, or
• You received the wrong item

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share:
  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Store credit (at our discretion)

Returns

We do not accept returns of any products once delivered.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping (if approved in rare cases) will be borne by the customer
